[6] The impact of the battery's condition on the maximum range is calculated based on the usable energy of the battery and the average energy consumption. Energy consumption is influenced by driving behaviour and the use of additional auxiliary consumers, such as heating or air conditioning.

[11] The zero-emission vehicle tax exemption is granted at the first registration of the electric vehicle between 18.05.2021 and 31.12.2030 for a period of ten years from the date of first registration, but not beyond 31.12.2035.
